My name is David Jochum. Many of my friends and family members call me Dave. I’m a person who believes in the importance of things like faith, family and freedom. Each of those three areas of life take leadership to be effective and leadership takes education/knowledge and growth.
As a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
My desire is to positively impact the lives of others. I have spent the last 20+ years doing just that as a church staff member, leading teams of volunteers, as well as employees. Currently, I am the Leadership Pastor and School Administrator for Celebration Church/Crescent City Christian School in the New Orleans area. Effectively implementing the principles and practices of leadership has helped me to reach new levels of success in my life and work. Leading, scheduling, organizing, planning, and training have been the focus of my career. Influencing others so that they can reach their potential and helping teams discover the role that personalities play among team members has been, and still is, the theme of my work.
